Adding a Person
To add a new person:
- Navigate to Personnel - People
- Click Add Person
- Fill in person details:
- Employee ID - Unique identifier
- Full Name - Person's full name
- Email - Work email address
- Department - Assigned department
- Position/Role - Job title or role
- Manager - Reporting manager
- Join Date - Employment start date
- Status - Active, Inactive, On Leave
- Click Submit
Person Detail Page
The detail page shows:
- Basic Information - Personal and contact details
- Employment Details - Department, role, manager
- Access Rights - Linked access controls
- Devices - Assigned computers and equipment
- Documents - Employment documents, agreements
Employment Status
Track personnel status:
- Active - Currently employed and working
- Inactive - No longer employed
- On Leave - Temporary leave of absence
- Contractor - External contractor
Bulk Import
Import multiple personnel:
- Click Import button
- Download CSV template
- Fill in personnel data
- Upload completed CSV file
- Review and confirm import
Linking Access and Devices
Associate access rights and devices:
- Open person detail
- Navigate to Access or Device section
- Link existing access rights from Access Control
- Link assigned computers from Computer module
Documents
Attach personnel documents:
- Employment contracts
- NDAs and agreements
- Training certificates
- Background checks
- Performance reviews
Offboarding Process
When personnel leave:
- Update status to Inactive
- Set end date
- Review and revoke access rights
- Retrieve assigned devices
- Document offboarding completion
