Creating an IT Plan

To create a new IT plan:

1. Navigate to ITSM - IT Planning
2. Click Add Plan
3. Fill in plan details:
   • Plan Name - Title of the initiative
   • Description - Plan overview
   • Start Date - Planned start
   • End Date - Target completion
   • Owner - Plan owner
   • Budget - Allocated budget
   • Priority - Strategic priority
4. Add milestones and tasks
5. Click Submit
