Overview

Configure access controls and settings for the Incident & Breach module to ensure proper team collaboration and security.

 

Managing Access

To configure team access:

  1. Click the Setting dropdown
  2. Select Access
  3. Choose teams that should have access
  4. Click Submit

 

Permission Levels

User permissions in the module:

  • View - Can view incident list and details
  • Create Content - Can add and delete incidents
  • Manage Account - Can configure access and settings

 

Team Access

Control which teams can access the module:

  • Select multiple teams for access
  • Remove teams to revoke access
  • Changes take effect immediately

 

Tab Management

Customize incident views with tabs:

  • Create custom tabs for filtering
  • Organize incidents by category
  • Quick access to specific incident types

 

Auto Numbering

Incident ID configuration:

  • Auto Numeral - System generates IDs automatically
  • Manual - Users enter incident IDs manually
