Overview
Configure access controls and settings for the Incident & Breach module to ensure proper team collaboration and security.
Managing Access
To configure team access:
- Click the Setting dropdown
- Select Access
- Choose teams that should have access
- Click Submit
Permission Levels
User permissions in the module:
- View - Can view incident list and details
- Create Content - Can add and delete incidents
- Manage Account - Can configure access and settings
Team Access
Control which teams can access the module:
- Select multiple teams for access
- Remove teams to revoke access
- Changes take effect immediately
Tab Management
Customize incident views with tabs:
- Create custom tabs for filtering
- Organize incidents by category
- Quick access to specific incident types
Auto Numbering
Incident ID configuration:
- Auto Numeral - System generates IDs automatically
- Manual - Users enter incident IDs manually
Security Considerations
