Overview

The Compliance in Bitlion provides a comprehensive suite of tools to manage your organization's compliance requirements. This module group includes five interconnected components:

• Framework - Manage compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements
• Policy Center - Centralized repository for organizational policies
• Controls - Internal controls management and monitoring
• Evidence - Evidence collection and documentation
• Audit - Audit programs and compliance verification

The Compliance Module offers:

• Multi-framework support (ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, etc.)
• Policy lifecycle management with version control
• Internal control tracking with review schedules
• Evidence repository with file management
• Audit program management with findings tracking
• Cross-module linking and relationship mapping

Dashboard Overview

When you access the Compliance module group, you will see a dashboard displaying:

• Active Policy - Total number of active policies in your organization
• Total Control - Number of internal controls being managed
• Total Evidence - Count of evidence documents collected
• Active Audit - Number of ongoing audit programs

Getting Started

To begin using the Compliance Module:

1. Navigate to Compliance from the main menu
2. Start by setting up your compliance Framework
3. Create policies in the Policy Center
4. Define Controls based on your framework requirements
5. Collect and organize Evidence
6. Set up Audit programs to verify compliance
